Hi, I’m Steph Anderton

I offer group and personal yoga classes for all levels and abilities. Functional strength and mobility are the backbone of our classes, in addition to flexibility. Our classes venture away from traditional yoga practices, however, breath work still plays a large part. You will come away from the class feeling stronger, with increased flexibility and a greater understanding of how your body is designed to move. The practice kept is fun and playful as we explore different movements and shapes together.

Life Coaching

Through life coaching, you will learn techniques to help you manage day-to-day life as well as how to structure and organise your time to get the most of of your day.

I specialise in the following disciplines:

  • Stress;

  • Work/life balance;

  • Organisation;

  • Optimal health and well-being;

  • Motivation;

  • Self love;

  • Goal setting.

Life coaching sessions can be done online via zoom or in person in a relaxed and casual setting. I want you to feel comfortable in your session, so face-to-face sessions can be done in a home environment, or even out on a dog walk, with help from CAST team member Oatly, our resident Cocker Spaniel.
